AI on Purpose: the TEMPO cohort

Layer Advisory (Erica Layer)

The course for people who are past prompting: you leave with a working AI operating system for your own job, built by someone who ran D-tree's digital health programmes before she ran her practice on agents.

Erica Layer spent 20 years building operating systems for organisations, including tech-enabled community health systems with the Zanzibar government at D-tree, and now works as an AI-native fractional COO. TEMPO is her small-group cohort: five to six weeks of live sessions where each participant builds their own AI operating system (context, scheduled agents, workflows) around how they actually work. No technical background needed. Her free playbooks and the AI on Purpose newsletter are a good preview of the approach.
